Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to every offer, product, and service sold by BizHacker LLC, an Illinois limited liability company (“BizHacker,” “we,” “us”), to you (“Customer,” “you”). The details of each offer (what is included, delivery time, and any special conditions) are described on that offer’s page at checkout and become part of these Terms for that order.

01Agreement and Checkout

1.1

You accept these Terms by checking the agreement box and completing payment at checkout. Payment comes first; any intake form or setup information is collected after checkout.

1.2

You confirm you are at least 18, are buying for a business purpose, and have authority to bind the business you name.

1.3

Each purchase is a separate order governed by these Terms and the offer page for that offer.

02Services

2.1

We will deliver the services described on the offer page (“Services”). Anything not described there is out of scope.

2.2

Delivery times are good-faith estimates measured in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) unless the offer page says otherwise.

2.3

You agree to provide accurate information and any access we reasonably need. Delays caused by missing or inaccurate information extend delivery times.

03Fees and Payment

3.1

Prices are shown at checkout in U.S. dollars. Taxes, if any apply, are added at checkout.

3.2

Payment is due in full at checkout unless the offer page states a payment plan or deposit.

3.3

Recurring offers, if any, will state the renewal term, price, and how to cancel before you buy, and you can cancel online in the manner stated.

04Refund Policy

4.1

Full refund if we cannot deliver. If we are unable to deliver the Services as described, or do not start them, you receive a full refund.

4.2

Final sale after delivery. Once the Services or deliverable are delivered, the sale is final and non-refundable.

4.3

Before delivery. If you request cancellation before we begin work, you receive a full refund. Once work has begun, refunds are at our discretion.

4.4

Refunds go back to the original payment method. To request one, contact us through our contact page with your order details.

4.5

Please contact us before disputing a charge so we can resolve the issue directly.

05Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for your own business decisions, for how you use our deliverables, and for having any rights or permissions needed for information you give us.

06Intellectual Property

6.1

We keep ownership of our methods, templates, scoring frameworks, software, and pre-existing materials.

6.2

On full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use your deliverables for your internal business purposes.

6.3

We may use aggregated, de-identified results (with no names or identifying details) to improve our Services and for benchmarks.

07Confidentiality and Privacy

We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy at https://bizhacker.io/privacy-policy/. We keep your non-public business information confidential and use it only to deliver the Services.

08No Guarantee of Results

Our deliverables are informational and advisory. We do not guarantee any particular business result, revenue, or outcome. The Services are not legal, tax, or accounting advice.

09Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the Services are provided “as is,” and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows.

10Limitation of Liability

10.1

Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10.2

Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, to the extent the law allows.

11Termination

We may decline or cancel an order at any time, in which case you receive a full refund for any undelivered Services.

12Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by Illinois law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Lake County, Illinois, and both parties consent to that venue.

13General

13.1

These Terms and the offer page are the entire agreement for an order.

13.2

We may update these Terms for future orders. The version in effect at your checkout governs that order.

13.3

If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. You may not assign these Terms without our consent.
